an NBA player who smokes weed??!? NO WAY!!

the only difference between him in college and guys in the pros is they have enough loot to hide their tracks.

I have no problem with the weed, so long as you can stay productive. IMO Williams going back home around his buddies would be bad news and really hamper him from focusing on basektball and improving. In college, he was enough of a freak athlete/talent that he could coast on his athleticism without trying or practicing much. He can't do that in the NBA because he's just not good enough to do so. He needs to find somewhere like Oklahoma City or Minnesota, a place remote and away from his old pals where he can focus on basketball and improve. If he does so, he's got a great shot at being a Marcus Camby-type of player, with more muscle.

I live in Connecticut and watch and hear alot about the Nets. Altough Williams is a talent, he is a load to handle by the coaching staff. If we could get him cheap, I would try it, if he becomes a troublemaker let him go, he is worth the risk.

and there were times when the 2nd unit came out during the reg season (last Hawks game def not included) when PoZ sorta disappeared, in other words they put a man on him. He was at his best with the some of the stars on the floor. He rarely disappeared defensively though.

Tony, if well, should be a better 2nd unit catalyst with Eddie and the marines on the floor.

I'm thinking....I'm PoZ, it's the reg season, I'm going to wait for the post season to really get it going... He just showed that he's a clutch player and has nerves that a lot of players will never have.
Tanking :nonono: Live for the day 8-)
