OT: college to nba to college question
if a player who came straight to the NBA from highschool say KG decided to go to College now could they play for an NCAA team? I dont watch too much College basketball so Im not sure if theres an age limit or anything like that?

No he can not play college basketball. Once you declare for the NBA draft you give up your right to play for any college team

Expanding upon this. Once you play for any professional team you lose amateur status and hence NCAA eligibility. So a guy like Brandon Jennings who went to Europe could not come back and play NCAA either.

This isn't true. At least not entirely. Randolph Morris kept his name in the 2005 draft, went undrafted and returned to Kentucky. He started to finally get his body in shape and put up big numbers (relatively speaking.) He could have left school at any time if he chose. In fact, he was signed by the Knicks before the next draft (which he was ineligible for anyways) and before the college school year was finished. He played in 5 games, seeing 44 MP in the 2006-07 season.

I believe the rule is an underclassmen can declare for the draft and return to school but if he signs an agent hes not eligible to go back to school right?
