Celtics Championship DVD

I just saw this, but it says 1 disc, although the picture shows 5 discs. Anyone know if there will be full games on this? I thought they were producing a set where you get a several full-games of the playoffs...

Actually it's kind of bad when you compare them to the 16 and 12 games entired on the last 2 special edition DVDs for the Spurs and Heat, and also bad if they are not in widescreen which is almost surely the case.

But it's better than nothing and will be cheaper than the last 2 years' sets since there are so many fewer discs.

I like having the championship games on DVD, but I wish they'd also include one or two good regular season games as well. Oh well, sounds like a great DVD set, I will probably pick it up.

How is there not a BluRay out as well?

All the money spent on HD gets mildly wasted

Game 7 against Atlanta and game 6 against Detroit should both be on this. I also like the idea of a couple regular season games. A few I would have liked to seen on there would be the comeback win in San Antonio,the game in Houston where we snapped their 22 game win streak,the beatdown we gave NY at MSG, or the home opener against the Wizards. Another thing, is there anything else or do we just get the 5 games?

I can't belive they are still making DVDs exclusively non-HD...

There's another Celtics DVD coming out next month. It's called "Return to the Rafters." It comes out October 27th in select theaters and the 28th on DVD everywhere.
