Anyone else saw scal tipping giddens missed 2nd FT which helped win the game? Scal decided to play for real i guess.

Is it true that POB was given a "talking to" before the game about giving effort? Someone said that Marv Albert mentioned this.

BTW, how'd POB play tonight?

That sounds pretty weak. It hasn't been written about or discussed (or even wiretapped). There's a chance he may have been talking about a report from 10 days ago or something. All of our bigs were pretty mediocre tonight while House and TA carried the load scoring-wise.

Great game by Tony Allen and Eddie House. House had about 21 off the bench and TA had a career high 32 points (if Preseason counted), abd TA didn't even play in the 4th quarter.

He seems to have made a positive adjusment.

You are correct. At the point that I wrote that, he was playing brain dead. His defensive awareness and offensive tenacity picked up as the game progressed. That being said, the 10 point lead we spotted the Nets at the beginning of the game was, in no small part, of Tony Allen's doing. He was playing hyper and unfocused, imo. The ADHD Monsieur Tres Dribbles was in the game but what we needed was Tony the Tiger who finally surfaced after digging us a hole.
