Is Doc smokin' the cigar yet? He just sent in Pruitt and Walker at the 4 minute to go mark...

Tony Allen gets the victory cigar. He stopped Milwaukee's gritty comeback.

Look at his +/-. It was weak (perhaps the 5 TOs).
I make it KG. Teamed with Perk on many of those blocks, got some great stuffs, had a high +/-.

Solid game from the Celtics. Pierce really did a good job stat filling last night. I thought Rondo had a solid game. And Perk was good defensively.

The rotation seems like it is taking form. As Kefa said, second unit playing better and contributing balanced scoring. You have to like it when you get 3 guys off the bench scoring 10+ points.

I agree. I really like how our second unit is playing, ATM.
But we need another big guy on the active roster. We have Davis and Powe who are 6-8 and then there is Scal. With POB being inactive our need for another real center becomes even more evident.

Re: Celtics vs Bucks - Friday, November 7th
this was easily Tony Allen's best game of the year. Big Baby also played really well and in fact completely outplayed Leon who has struggled with fouls and free throw shooting so far this year. If Glenn can hit that open jumper he will be a nice weapon for us. Even though we are clearly undersized with Davis and Powe , they do a really nice job when they're in there and seem to play well together. I am pleasantly surprised with how well our bench has played especially since the starters keep digging a hole for them. Eddie finally hit some shots. we had McDyess or PJ or a decent 6 10 guy who could defend, run the floor etc that would really help the second unit. It's scary to think how good our bench would be right now if we still had Posey because he brings the added element of being able to hit the 3. Other than house we don't have any shooting on our bench and I think that is going to hurt us as the year goes on. Anyhow I was psyched to see Walker get in; I love his aggressiveness. he is going to help us once he learns the pro game

Re: Celtics vs Bucks - Friday, November 7th
Good game guys.
The biggest part of the game was early in the 4th. Bucks were down 6 when Bell made a bad pass, then the very next possession, Sessions made a bad pass which both resulted in fastbreak layups. Never got closer then 9 after that. See ya in Milwaukee on the 15th. Hopefully we can make it more interesting assuming Redd is back.
