Kidd is declining pretty steeply. Add that to I think GG would do better with a more inside player then Dirk for his shooting.. but if GG continues to start and not be horrible... Well the Mavs aren't looking like they'll go far this year so there is no reason not to root for him!

I'll be very happy and excited if I can on a thursday watch GG play and start and look good for the Mavs!

Pretty easily

Loss #1 against Houston - Team basically chokes in the 4th, Gerald doesn't play.
Loss #2 against Cleveland - Dirk shoots 3-11 and scores 8 points, Jason Terry shoots 1-8.
Loss #3 against Denver - Jerry Stackhouse shoots 1-8, -19 for the game, Dirk has a TS% of 50 for the day, Howard shoots 4-15, no one plays defense.
Loss #4 against the Clippers - Jason Terry shot 3-15, Bass was 1-6 in 13 minutes (with a -16 +/- for the day, impressive).

Gerald's been far from the problem in Mavs land, the problem has been a general lack of any sort of team defense, and guys like Terry and Stackhouse having absolutely horrendous shooting nights.

Agreed...Kidd has been **** since his knee operation a few years back. And as much as I like Dirk, he's no leader...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!
