Do you guys think about the future of Boston Celtics ??

I don't think we can rely on our current group of young players to keep us at a championship level once the Big 3 drop off. Of all of them, Rondo probably has the most potential and it's borderline all-star at best. We need some new superstars. So we definitely have to view our young players, including Rondo and Perk, as trade bait. Suppose Chris Paul or Deron Williams wants out for some reason? We should be right there with a package including Rondo. Joe Johnson may get tired of the Hawks; we should be willing to trade away Ray and a package of quality youth to get him. In other words, I like our players, but don't get too attached. In the next 2-3 years I suspect we will see some of them shipped out just like Al, Gomes, etc. If I'm Ainge I don't make another mistake like not trading a broken-down McHale for an up-and-coming Karl Malone, just to eke out one more championship run. We have to be Belichickian about it.
