Has anyone seen Courtney Sims out of Michigan play?
I thought we had him in during the Free Agent period but didnt sign him.
Looks like he is now ripping up the NBDL,
Just curious if anyone thinks his skills will translate to the NBA or is he a big fish in a small pond.

He was not exactly offensive-minded at Michigan. NBDL is a different game. When you have a ball, shoot it. In college, you pass. Which one would it work with the Celtics? Does it sound too Mark Blount-ish?

Averaging 12.4 Bebounds a game and 2.57 Blocks. That can help Celtics more thenthe shooting.
But O'Bryant averaged 9.7 Rebounds and 3.0 Blocks per game in the NBDL.
I wasnt sure if Sims game was more developed then O'Bryant. I feel O'Bryant may have gotten more looks from NBA teams becasuehe is a former high draft pick with potential while Sims went undrafted.

Maybe it's just the facial expression, but it seems like if you shave off the lopsided scruff, there's a bit of a resemblance.

Put 9 and 7 up in 18 minutes in a preseason game at least:

I've seen him play once this year. He looked good. But I haven't seen him enough so really haven't gotten a feel for his game.
But the guy still only 25. He is 6'11 and can shoot, rebound, and block shots. He is putting up 24 and 12 and shooting 59% from the field and 76% from the line. He can't be a bad as Davis.

That picture of Blount makes me laugh every time I see it. Ah, those were the days. Everyone bitching about our recent struggles need to remember those days more to appreciate what we have.

Yo, Antoine, gimme some gum.
Anyone still have a link to those Miracle Johan raps? The one with Walker coming back was the best, as was the Scalabrine "It's awesome!" one from (I think) his 2nd season with the team.
