having 2 really clutch players like Ray and Pierce is a big advantage for this team I think that is what gives us an edge over the other contenders.

Great to see doc and pierce have confidence in ray.

Remember when the big three first came together, and critics said Pierce is selfish and will never be able to give up the last shot. To quote that KG commercial "What can you say now?"

^I think all of Ray's game winners this season and last are assists from Pierce. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

btw doc needs some love he draws up some amazing plays coming out of timeouts he was doing that even when his teams lack talent but it has not been generally noticed.

How about some love for Ray from the most persistent Ray Allen basher on the boards? :P

How about the unselfish play of our bigs, the play was changed by Doc after the 2nd timeout and Paul and Rondo asked that Doc go back to the Ray 3 play originally planned.

I love this team.

I only looked at Mzepols avatar for like a 98% of lightspeed minute or so..

The refs were terrible. Even the Philly stat guy gave a note to Tommy saying that the Celtics were playing 5 on 8.

Perkins is not the same player he was since the Christmas game. Maybe the shoulder is still bothering him. We really need another big before the deadline. Good thing BBD is steping up.

Great win. Ray was clutch. Pierce had another good game. BBD played well with a double-double. Rondo has a good game too, outside of the 7 TO's.

lol you seem to always have a bold remark every other post.

Ray can shoot. He's a 6'6" version of Eddie House. The less ball handling Ray does, the better he is. God it was just as painful to watch him give the weakest fouls every for 3 point plays and have his man blow by him all night with late rotations and have his horrible horrrrrrrrible dribbling abilities exposed time and time again as it was pretty to watch him hit clutch threes.

Here is a link to the shot for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Great play out of the time out.
