My view on all this

My first major thought is that it is all on Doc to get championship this year. The good news, the team beleive in him and didn't give up on him. The bad news, are
1. we have had bad timing injuries. everytime doc set a good rotation it gets messed up
2. our bench isn't versatile, so once teams figure out how to work around those rotations, we get couple losses in a row.

I would like us to pick up a small forward, a good defender, and I think we will be good. I think Doc would be able to work, in the playoffs, with Powe, KG and Perk, with Perk or KG being in the game at anytime with Scal getting some minutes if we need to stretch the floor.
Don't ask me who is that guy, b/c I learned that I could sit here for days coming up with ideas, and then GMs ended doing unpredictable things.

About the refs, well I am happy with every bad call we get and every game we lose b/c of bad calls. Things will change and I would rather get the calls in the playoffs.
