reminds me of when we swept the texas triangle last year. we were unstoppable. of course by the end of the year we still needed 7 games to get past the hawks lol. a lot can change.
Yep that's why I believe in what Kefa461 said, yes it was a big week for the Lakers but the bottom line is the Lakers probably had to win these games for their own sense of self confidence. And like Kefa said we can't make snap judgments off one game, the good teams figure out how to win playoff series. The Celtics will do the same.

No team wants to be beaten at home, specially the elite teams.

As long as the Celtics are top 2 in the East going into the playoffs, I am confident, even given the **** bench we have,...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

^You know, I do too...I still don't think the Cavs can take it to that next level...they remind me of the Colts...

Joebiscuit is being negative. There's a surprise. It just goes to show that the Cavs are very, very beatable when Lebron is off. He looked nervous to me. People forget that Ginobili was injured in the Lakers series last season and they probably would have won the 2 close games if he had been even decent. They'd be up 3-2 headed home. I have them as the Champs this season. Odom and Gasol have a reputation of disappearing when the pressure comes on, so I expect that to happen again.

Since when?

Prior to the Finals, Odom was always considered a phenomenal playoff performer. He routinely torched the Suns in prior seasons and was a large part of the reason that Miami advanced to the semis even before joining the Lakers.

Pau's numbers don't exactly drop off much either.

The only time either have really "disappeared" was against the Celtics, and one series isn't nearly enough to establish that as a reputation.
