The second one's a joke to see if you were paying attention.

I know there is going to be a firesale in Milwaukee, but they can do better than this for Charlie V. If you can pull it off, more power to you, but they can probably get better scraps than JR, TA, and POB.
Second one had to be a joke

Maybe I'm missing something. First I would do the first trade in a heartbeat and use the open roster space even for a big man like Scot Pollard, unless he is totally physically shot and assuming the Celts couldn't do better.
Now let me in on the joke. Tony Allen is about as unstable as you get and Bill Walker has potential but we aren;t totally sure of his upside. I would say I probably would pass on the second deal, but we know Ainge likes Barry and he would be a veteran presence, playoff tested who could spread the floor and handle the ball. The fact that Barry can play the point allows House to play shooting guard and play the smaller player on defense. Barry is shooting 42% from 3 and is shooting FT's better than Ray Allen Is the joke that Barry is out for the season? This is not the most outlandish trade I have ever seen considering the Celtics limited Big Three window.
Brad Stevens on fans who want the Celtics to tank: "I don’t think they’ll like me all that much then."
