Since KG has never really said much publicly on the matter (educate me, here, for my possible ignorance); and there are indications he resisted team recommendations to have corrective action taken via surgery, Does Anyone think he could have had his procedure done last June, and this season would not have been a playoff loss, if he was on board with the program??
My inclination is Yes, He could have had his situation addressed last summer, with a better understanding of the mechanics of knees.

Yes he could....he didn't on advice of team and doctors...it's over and done with...another post after another post after another post.......the bottom line is he didn't.

ps...The truth, according to Grousbeck, is the team’s medical staff knew exactly what it would find during the operation on Garnett’s knee last week.
Though Danny Ainge, the executive director of basketball operations, said last week that surgeons “did not have to touch” the tendon during arthroscopic surgery, the inflamed muscle indeed was caused by the bone spur, according to Grousbeck.

Meh, hindsight is 20/20. What's done is done, medicine isn't an exact science.
