another trade that does not win us a title, makes no sense for a team involved, and makes my eye's bleed.

GUYS. if healthy we would have won another championship this year. We went far missing top 5 player in kg. We don't need to trade away half the team for "name" players to win.

I agree we would have probably won the title if healthy, but this trade helps us stay great. Plus we don't want to be kicking ourselves for not using Ray's expiring contract. Amare is also an all star too and a big. Shooting guards are a dime a dozen. We could pick up one that's just halfway decent and still kick ass.

Say just for an example KG goes down with a freak injury next season. We'll be worse off then we were this past playoff. I say make the trade because we need to cover our asses. A Perk/Amare combo would be enough to win the title next season.
