He'd have to leave $30+ million on the table if he were to sign as a FA, and that's not likely seeing as how we probably won't have enough cap space to offer a max deal anyhow. And Pat Riley would never, E--E-E-E--E-EVER help the Celtics out by trading him to us.

Agreed...

I guess if we can trade for KG anythings posssibble! but I think this is pretty damned far fetched. Miami isn't going to let him go easy, Wade is a superstar and puts people in seats.

i remember last season when this board was TRASHING him. It was a very bad season for the Heat, but you guys were questioning him left and right and all that stuff. Now you want him. Very interesting.

No way that happens this offseason unless Miami is blowing up the team and re-setting. That seems unlikely, to say the least, but just suppose it did happen. They'd surely want to dump salary.

And guess whose salary they most would want to dump, and who would make sense in terms of helping the numbers match up?

Miami would be absolutely crazy to let Wade walk. He's still a young guy---what 25/26?

But yeah Wade/Pierce/KG? Come on, that's just unfair. You got two former Finals MVP's and a top 3 power forward..lol.

It's not gonna happen, ever.

He's 28 in January. I think they'd be crazy too with all the caproom and pieces they have to put a contender around in Miami, but anything's possible.
