Cleveland, Orlando, and San Antonio, IMO the 3rd, 4th, and 5th best teams in the NBA, have now upgraded cheaply. LA and Boston stand pat so far.

We need to dump the TA/Scal/minimum guys expiring package for an impact 6th man now, to stay ahead talentwise - all these rumors with Ray and Rondo are lateral at best.
