A little less than a day ago I posted the Gary Tanguay twitter rumor about Big Baby on Spurstalk. That is such a huge forum. In 23 hours the thread has 751 comments (almost all hating Big Baby) and 18,439 page views.

It's hilarious. It's Iike putting a match to gasoline over there. One comment and the entire place explodes.

Now this vast legion of dedicated Spurs fans are hanging on Gary Tanguay's every twitter.

I can see why RealGM's Spurs page is so quiet. They're all over there. What a crazy rabid insane place that is.

My ex roomate is a huge spurs fan and I know he posts over there. He showed me a long ass post he made once about how the Spurs were going to be ok after I think they started 2-6 last season. Throughout the season he kept making fun of Rondo and was telling me over and over how much garbage Big Baby was. This was before the KG injury before he started playing well.

He was building up for me all last season about how the Spurs were going to get Rasheed Wallace in the offseason. I was almost convinced. Sent him a text yesterday about Wallace to the Cs and didn't get anything back. Then today I sent him a text "looks like your spurs are interested in Big Baby for the full MLE"... got a big "**** you" right back lol.

I think this "Big Baby for the MLE" stuff is nonsense created by Baby's agent. Not that there isn't interest but the rumors are coming out of Boston not SA or ORL. Basically Sheed leaves the Spurs and Magic at the altar and everyone runs with well know they will go after Davis. Everything is just vague enough so that the Spurs and Magic can't really deny anything, they have an interest and the only way they could sign him is with the MLE right? "Boston won't match over 5 mil a year," really they will go for 5 but 5.3 and the infant is yours. This is why the whores get paid but my guess is Davis has a better chance of Ainge coming in with an offer than he does getting and offer sheet on Wed so that SA or ORL can tie up their MLE for 7-10 days at the start of FA.

Like I said in another thread: Tanguay is sourceless. The guy is a moron. Most everyone on this board I've seen posting for the last half decade knows this. One shot in the dark and everyone is puttin their finger in the socket and believing his bull. F him. F his cheap suits. F his mindless tweetering.
