How bout Jamaal Tinsley for Scalabrine and TA?? Seems good for both teams, celtics could use a back-up point guard and pacers could find some use out of scalabrine and allen. Pacers definitely want to get rid of tinsley and he probably wouldnt mind comin off the bench for a championship caliber team...plus celtics don't seem to mind older players.... Scal and TA would do more for pacers then tinsley is and they are expiring...... someone give bird a call

Minnesota might offer (I definitley would as a Minnesota fan) Gomes, Songalia for Scalabrine, TA, Pruitt

If we don't end up with Hill that would be pretty good. Or even if we do end up with Hill. Songaila is a better 4th big than Scal. Gomes is solid and signed long term at not bad money.

With Boston basically committing to 3 years with Sheed, looks like TA & Scals have some value now. Might as go and get Posey back...

except posey has a bad contract.

the idea is to trade our expirings for a GOOD contract in a bad situation.

The expirings just won't net much though... These two suuck and other teams can offer expirings too..

Well if you do get Hill and don't need Gomes, would Songalia for Scalabrine and Pruitt work for you guys.

Here are some players the C's could deal Veal/TA for:

Etan Thomas
Darius Songalia
DeShawn Stevenson
DeSagna Diop
Jeff Foster
James Posey
Morris Peterson
Earl Watson
Jason Kapono
Leandro Barbosa
Reggie Evans

I'm sure there are some more guys. I would like some of the option up there for the C's.
