They could just sign BBD outright, without giving up anything.
They also have moveable parts and they would still have to hope Boston doesn't match the offer. I don't really see why they would want him necessarily but all the same.
Just read something interesting on Suns board not very important and FWIW, but apparently the Hornets view Armstrong as their starting center and that Tyson Chandler is toast, can't play no more no more. Which actually jives with them trying to just give his ass away and nobody taking.
When I saw the Hornets play the C's live, Armstrong started and he was TERRIBLE. I don't understand how Chandler is toast? He still looked fairly productive when he came back after that trade to OKC fell through. He helps CP3 out significantly. Tyson shouldn't even give a **** about that organization given the fact they clearly don't care about him, but he still puts forth a lot of effort. I wish we had a need for him, I'd like him on this team.
