Telfair, Maddog Madsen, and Cookie Monster Smith for Q Rich.

The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to trade guard Quentin Richardson(notes) to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Sebastian Telfair(notes), Mark Madsen(notes) and Craig Smith(notes), leagues sources said Monday.

The trade is expected to be finalized later Monday. The Clippers had previously been in negotiations with free agent guards Ramon Sessions(notes) and Allen Iverson(notes).

yep, that's what they are saying. I'm surprised Minny would do the trade. Maybe Rubio is going to actually play for them next season.

Why would Minny do that trade? They give up talent for well....garbage. On a brighter note, we only have to see Q-Bitch twice a year.

thats actually a downer. Qbitch would ALWAYS say or do something supid/entertaining when we played against one of his teams.

Don't count out Q Rich seeing more time against us. Keep in mind this is the third time he's been traded this offseason alone.

if this trade prepare to get someone like Chandler alongside Al, then it is a smart move.

Otherwise they are just trying to move one of their PGs.

What is weird is the clippers, they keep moving pieces but without improving.

Hm.. a few weeks ago I had thought about if we could trade Veal/TA expirings for Craig Smith and Telfair, but thought why in the world the Wolves do that? Wish we could have done that.

of course with Baby/Wallace switching from 4/5 spots off the bench, and Daniels playing 2/3 off the bench, solid rotation there.

I was just saying how we should find a way to get one of their F's in Gomes. Now they do this... Exactly what the C's should have tried to get done somehow.
