The Clippers are my 2nd favorite team.

The lockout affected them all a little differently, a couple of them went completely stark raving nuts.

I guess you could say the Thunder and TWolves, but I am not really a fan of the teams. It's more of a thing where I will watch their games. Couldn't give a hoot whether they won or lost, though.

And to the Cleveland response that I saw: not allowed. If a team is in direct contention with you, you have to hate that team.

It always rotates depending on who is good at the time, 2nd favorite teams always are a bandwagon type thing - but generally it goes to hometown teams, and in all else being equal it's

2. Cleveland
3. Indiana
and Minnesota is in the mix after the trade.

Whoever plays the Lakers is a good answer, but they're just a team I want to win, not a team I enjoy cheering for - because lately they are just some chumps who roll over for the Lakers (see Orlando.)

Not a fan of the team, but I'm a huge fan of Al Jefferson and Ryan Gomes. So I cheer for them, and would love to see a T-Wolves team led by Big Al and Ryan, make it to the finals and lose to the Celtics in a classic 7 game series.

So I guess, I don't really root for a second team, just certain players, mostly ones that have been Celtics in the past. I rooted for the Heat to win the finals against the Mavs because of Antoine and I rooted for the Magic in the finals for Tony Battie. I don't particularly care for either team, but there's always that attatchment to guys that used to be Celtics.

I could root for local teams when I lived in NYC during the Cs' dark period -- unless, of course, they were playing the Cs. Now, not so much. And while I grew up in LA, I can't root for the Lakers, and also not for a team w/ Kobe on it; I just hate the Lakers a lot less than most of you do.

WIth all that, I'm tapped out. No particular attachment to other teams.

The Thunder. Cuz they have Durant, who shoulda be a C but whatever it workedout. And Harden. Great young team.

The Cavs. Kinda hard to like them now but they got my fav. former C Delonte and Ive been a Lebron fan for a while.

The Suns. Steve Nash, why else.
