Free Agent list

Interesting read, lists best Free Agents left, in an fantasy expansion draft scenario.

Could either of these teams make the play-offs in the East?

True centers and 2 guards look like the slimmest of picking left.

Sorry Seattle, Ratliff is now a Spur. It is amazing how many solid players are still out there.

Are you calling Theo Ratliff a solid player.

Wait, I get it. Solid as in solidified, like a fossil.

Rat is so washed up?

I thought he´d be a good option for our last big, better than Mikki was.

Seattle: 13. Leon Powe, F -- Powe's knee problems kept him from returning to Boston, who didn't show him the loyalty he deserved in tendering him a contract to ease his mind as he rehabilitates from surgery on a torn ACL. Hopefully, we haven't heard the last of a quality individual.

Why don't the C's tie up a roster spot on a championship contending team so good ol' Leon can "ease his mind", Tony? Because they're a competently run organization. Tony=hater.
Most of those guys are restricted, so that plays into the situation a lot, with teams not wanting to get screwed by waiting on the offer.
Only a couple guys would fit into the team as it is now, and none of which are feasible with the money they'll be looking for; Robinson, Rasho, Miller and Felton.

I forgot about Hakeem Warrick, but he might be a good fit for us at the SF/PF spot. He had the 2nd or 3rd best performance last year from all Grizzlies players by most metrics on 82games, he's just 27, and has good athleticism.

Mikki had a better season last year.

Here then, is the first expansion draft since Canada got its teams and the Raptors and Grizzlies divided up sides back in 1995. Minnesota and Orlando filled out their first squads 20 years ago this past June, while the Miami Heat and Charlotte Hornets had done it a year prior.

Factual error. The last expansion draft was 5 years ago for the Charlotte Bobcats.

Problem is that he is restricted. Safe to say Memphis would match any offer Celts could afford to make to him at this point.

Ahh, did not realize this. Makes more sense why he has not garnered more interest. Maybe next year; if I were him I'd just accept the 1-year tender, go out and have another good year, and then get the he!! out of Memphis.

Nope, I said there's a lot of solid free agents out there. He's not a free agent anyways.
