MUST WATCH KG'S BEST GAME OF HIS CAREER

Post#1 » by kgnwally » Fri Sep 11, 2009 4:43 pm

HEY GUYS THIS IS A LINK OF HIGHLIGHTS FOR GAME 7 OF THE SACRAMENTO KINGS VS MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES OF THE 2004 PLAYOFFS IN THE SECOND ROUND. I PERSONALLY THINK THIS IS BY FAR KEVIN GARNETT'S BEST GAME OF HIS CAREER IN TERMS OF ALL AROUND PLAY . HE ABSOLUTELY WENT NUTS THIS GAME AND ITS SCARY TO SEE WHAT HE CAN DO WHEN HE IS HEALTHY.

HIS STAT LINE WAS 32 points (12-23 from the field, 1-1 3pt, 7-11 free throws), 21 rebounds, 4 steals, 2 assists, 5 blocks, 2 turnovers, 1 foul.

ENJOY FOLKS :D

I remember watching that game. It wasn't often that I pulled THAT much for another franchise than the Celtics. Sprewell always had a place in my heart, as well as KG and Cassell. That was a nice big 3.

Awesomeness. Imagine how good we would be if our team was 5 years younger...we'd have a dynasty for like 10 years.

Edit: Watched it again...that crossover on Webber was nasty and those blocks were insane, especially the one where he grabbed it outta the air. People forget how good KG is and its sad.

That was a great game, I remember watching it live.

He may not have been as athletic, but he played his best imo his first season with the Celtics. He is made to play with other great players. Unstoppable and impregnable in the paint. No one is as dynamic on offense at his size. The most similar I've ever seen when you consider all the skills is Olajuwon.

His crossover on Webber was epic. Damn, that video makes me realize how good KG was that season. It's a shame Minny never manage to put a nice team around him except for that season.

Return to Boston Celtics
