NO.

Anyone who thinks that we have a chance at a ring without KG is highly delusional. We may be able to get a bunch of wins without him but there's no way in the world we get through a 7-game series against the elite teams without his defense, communication and leadership. It ain't happening.[/size]

No. The Lakers are better now - as are the Spurs. We could be as good as we were in 2007 and lose.

I think we're better than those teams...deeper and more physical (especially the Lakers, who are still softies).
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

Agreed. Assuming KG plays like KG circa 2007.

As long as his knee is still fine at seasons end, I don't see why he wouldn't...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

But they'll beat Orlando this year.

Hell no. The Celtics defense starts and ends with Kevin Garnett.

Only if Rasheed starts playing like a man and works in the paint instead of throwing threes all game.

I'm doubtful we could miss any key rotation player - starters plus House, Wallace, Daniels...and still win a championship. Other teams are too deep and the playoffs are too long.

So I'm not sure what the point of this thread is.....
