What else is new? Rondo looks terrible against any good team we play. He is absolutely useless on offense. Williams was 15 feet away on defense...

We looked better with House at PG although he can`t make a shot to save his life ATM but at least he gives us spacing...

It is really starting to get difficult watching this team. The ineptness of Rondo on offense is mind-boggling...

A good game. We started off bad and made a game of it. You live by the 3 and you die by the 3. We shoot 2-19 from 3's. If we went 7-19, we would have won.

No NBA team will ever win an NBA title without any low post scorers unless you have Michael Jordan on your team. We can't score down low and don't get to the line enough. We are a good team, but not an championship team.

Our offense struggles because on those two reasons. We don't have one guy that can score in the low post and we don't get to the line enough. It's that simple. You can't rely on 3's and jumpers every time. Our defense is the only thing that keeps us close.

I can't believe I only located your game thread now LOL.

Anyway, just wanted to say good game. I would have congratulated you guys if you won as well. It was a dog fight out there and while I agree that there were some bad calls made, I think they went both ways. There was definitely no decisive favor in officiating last night. I guess it just came down to making shots (because both teams shot poorly for their standards) and making stops down the stretch.

We missed too many open shots.......we are in a shooting slump as a team for whatever reason. We get over that it will be ok.

Rondo dissapeared completely, this killed you. Didn't he average damn near a triple double in the orlando series? don't give me this "hard time against good shot blockers" line, he destroyed them last year and he should have had a monster game with Nelson out. Orlandos pgs are 70 combined years old, wtf man?

No. He has a hard time with Orlando. Your looking at his "numbers' as in series averages. But those don't account for the fact that he took the MOST SHOTS and hit a shocking low percentage of them against Orlando.

SVG exploits his weaknesses much better then any coach out there. He sadly understands how to beat the Celtics. You play your PG MILES away from Rondo - and have Dwight Howard. Dwight of course affects everyone from Pierce to KG but the effect on Rondo is profound. This is why Doc benched him for much of the 4th quarter..

As I said in the AI thread - I think we could use that guy in the clutch. He knows how to contort his body and go against the big guys - and yet get calls. People like to point out that there is only one Howard and how Rondo dominates against wannabe 'fast break' teams. But unfortunately for us its clear the championship goes through Orlando.

Reggie stood out like a sore thumb no tattoos no agenda no chirping nothing Just a guy who could score at will He played college ball at Northeastern he replaced Larry as Celtics captain he belonged to Boston.
