I am voting for KG.

But I'd like to thank Jermaine O'Neal for shooting free throws like Shaquille O'Neal late in the game too.

Rondo turned the game back in our favor after we pissed away the 3rd and let Beasley go crazy on us to begin the 4th--therefore, it's gotta be Rondo.

I do agree that KG is looking pretty good (never doubted he would), and that Perk was a beast too.

But what I was most impressed with was that the chemistry of the first unit looks like it's back to 2008 levels. Just some really beautiful ball movement tonight. Still haven't put together a full 48, but that's coming...

Scalabrine was guarding Beasley in that period. That's why Miami took the lead, and Beasley looked like LeBron James..Scalabrine sucks so bad it's not even funny. We had the lead pretty much all game long, and when Scala comes in, they take the lead...Get this **** clown out of Boston..idk why Doc Rivers even plays this fool..he should only get in during blow outs..with about 5 seconds left in the game... :banghead:

Sheed was even worse on defense! What really annoyed me was that they let him go left every time! The guy has no right hand and we played absolutely stupid defense on him!

About the victory cigar: I refuse to vote since there is no Perk in the poll!

I gave it to Rondo because I think KG is still very selective about getting into the key, but a great, great, great step forward for KG, he's looking pretty active and starting to defend too.

Hey, I'd have given it to Perk too. :D

Meh--I pretty sure Beasley was beasting all over Rasheed and not Scal. Sure, Scal was on the court and yes he was the logical matchup against Beasley, but from what I remember Wallace got matched up on Beasley several times and got killed. Scal is actually a decent matchup against perimeter 4s. Don't forget that huge corner 3 he hit, either. Scal's not the problem.

He was all over both of them. But Rasheed is a 5. That's like putting Pierce on Chris Paul and expecting PP to play him nicely. Beasley is quicker and would get by Sheed anytime. If Scal was a decent matchup on 4's, he would have played Beasley, and Beasley wouldn't have done what he did...come on..it can't be a coincidence, that Beasley goes off from the moment Scal enters the game, til the moment he leaves. Scal in the game = loss. It's that simple..with him in the line up it's basically a 4 on 5 game. All he does is FOUL. He isn't THE problem..he is ONE of the problems..one of the BIGGEST problems. He shouldn't be playing at ALL. It bothers me that this dude takes minutes away from Shelden Williams..Shelden hustles, and is better in every aspect of the game. Scalabrine should be far end of the bench..Giddens should get playing time before him. Hell..get Bill Walker back on the team if they need somebody..just keep this freak out of the game. I don't understand how such a garbage player can get minutes on such a deep team like the Celtics. :-?

And there is no way your going to say Scal is nice because he hit a 3 with no one 60 feet of him..he needed to hit like 8 more of those to even out all the points he gave up while he was on the court. Hopefully he won't even get in a uniform once Big Baby returns...
