I don't think there'll be much trades this season. Most elite teams don't have much room to change and teh lower teams don't wanna add salary because of the tax or free agency.

Just seeing Chris Anderson's name makes me feel happy for him.

Why would Orlando trade Gortat? I don't believe they want to... And Sefolosha is starting for Oklahoma City. They've no need to trade him if he's obviously contributing to their winning. Houston will need both Ariza and Battier if McGrady is indeed traded. Supposedly, both New York and Miami have an interest in him. He would make more sense with New York but Houston won't have an interest in taking back E. Curry or Jeffries who New York will likely try to foist on them.

A trade that works that I would consider is: Tony and B. Walker for Balkman and Afflalo. Denver might have some interest in this since Balkman's barely even playing and they'll free up his salary while acquiring expiring contracts. The sticking point will probably be whether or not Denver wants to part with Afflalo who starts.

Yeah, like Bowen, he'd improved as a player once he'd left.

From that list, Andre Miller and Ramon Sessions have come up in trade rumors already.. neither is really a fit here.

I don't expect this list to be the guys traded unless a GM is fired why would you change course after 2 months with an off season approaching that everyone has had circled for 3 years?

Teams may make their moves early acquiring a player like Bosh and his Bird rights and teams may look to swap expirings, as well team looking to unload pricey vets with years left on their deals to a very limited pool of buyers. Guys like Battier would cost Houston cap space and at the same time could be replaced in the offseason for much shorter money as their will be limited salary space and tons of free agents.
