Though Wallace was ejected, he will not be fined or suspended, according to a league source. “There is no additional penalty pending,’’ the source said in a reply to an email last night. Wallace attempted to approach the referees after receiving the second technical from Bill Kennedy, and was restrained by associate head coach Tom Thibodeau.
Wallace has appealed some of the technicals and will likely have at least one of them rescinded.
