I previously thought was a rather lame looking 3.

It had to do with balance, and mechanics, and concentration.

Today Sheed had good balance, good mechanics, and he concentrated on what he was doing,

Hopefully he'll make the effort to be in balance, with good form, and good concentration,
all the time.

There are some days where Sheed seems to shoot without getting his feet set, or in proper balance,
and not with good form. The difference is when he really applies himself, he's quite a player.

I've pointed this out half a dozen times in the past month but it didn't stop you from making this thread.

Why can't wallace step in and shoot it from 19? That's the problem. He is a jump shooter at this point, but I think he should only shoot the 3 when he is open. He floats back too much. Just go pick and pop and he will nail that 19 footer at about a 45 percent clip.

His 3 point shooting has been awful, worse, a lot of it is rushed.

It's just another case of a player where the 3 has ruined his game. Not quite Antoine Walker-esque, but when Sheed is in the box and keeping his shooting to 20 feet on in he is lethal.

Not true in this case. Rasheed doesn't play inside the paint that often. His positioning is actually closer to that of KG's which works perfectly for our guards. KG+Perk is a perfect combo and so can Sheed+Perk be. If you were talking about a guy like Al Jefferson it would be another story altogether.

I said that in reference to the OP's suggestion - take shots closer to the rim.

Either way, it'll never happen. It's Sheed's game.
