These quotes are terribly similar to what heard last year and how did that end up? It ended up with surgeyr and subsiquent lingering knees issues to date.

I'm pessimistic. Maybe some of us will remember that during December 2008 there were first signs of a hobbling Garnett, which culminated into his injury against the Jazz. He wasn't healthy BEFORE the Jazz game and won't be healthy after that game. The small timeframe mid December when he hit around 70% from the field gave me glimpses of hope. But it turned out that nothing changed. We now have a bad contract in our portfolio.
