They are not done, but Ray can't play 40 minutes a night anymore and KG we just don't know.

Saying someone is "done" is pretty drastic. Ray is damn close but KG can still contribute plenty to this team. I'm actually not all that worried about him.

Kg's got two directions he can go in right now, he's either going to gradually get better like he did in November and December or get hurt again and be done. In the meantime I ain't gonna worry bout that.

The other thread you were whining and being a terrible Celtics fan in was closed, so you decide to make a new one.

Thanks for the wonderful contribution to the board! I'm sure we needed another negative reactionary thread saying the same thing as every other one!

Ray appears to be done. Besides the last 3 he took all of them were wide open today and didn't hit any. II don't care what anybody says but KG was moving better the last 2 games. He looked like he needed crutches against Orl. He really needs to turn toward the basket in the post. It's not like he's going to get blocked very often. Fading away gives him zero chance to draw a fouls.

Hey Zin, not like I didn't tell you so all summer and fall.

What do we have, $45m locked into those two this year?

And they can only be part-time contributors?

But anyhow, you miss the point here. This is actually a positive post. The party is clearly over, and it's so over that I cannot even imagine the trade that will fix it.

But it was all worth it. A big thank you to Ray and KG for bringing us a title and bringing this franchise back to respectability.

Hopefully, we can just face reality and move forward from here to build a new championship team.

Exactly, so we didn't need another thread on the same exact thing.

Whatever, guy.

Don't take it out on me just because I want them to face reality and make a move.

Allen is done but I KG can still help this team. I will tell you one thing they are not wining a title this year with the Ray Allen they have now.
Reggie stood out like a sore thumb no tattoos no agenda no chirping nothing Just a guy who could score at will He played college ball at Northeastern he replaced Larry as Celtics captain he belonged to Boston.
And I still miss him. Even now.

Want who to face reality and make a move? It's not like the front office is reading this site.

Either way, I'm warming up to the idea of moving Ray, but we still don't need another thread on it, especially from a whiny Celtics fan that just had another one of his pessimistic threads closed as he tried to bump it when he looked right, then was later proved wrong by forces greater than him.

agreed.

There is a Big Three thread with plenty of discussion, post your thoughts on ray and kg there.
