Rules are made to be altered IMO....and the NBA D-league could be a bit more flexable that way.....
The Red Claws have been nearly selling out their games at the Portland Expo...why not give back to their fans for their support?
BTW... was good to see that Doc started young Giddens and had Lester Hudson play significant minutes against Toronto with three starters out...Way to go Doc! That game was fun to watch!
