Re: Wade?
Wade's piledriver on Rondo in the playoffs made him become the most hated player in the NBA to me - and I already didn't like his chippiness and fake tough guy persona. From a strictly basketball sense, his role in Boston at this point in his career would be too small and we all saw how bad his attitude and his attempted mutiny played out in Chicago
Brad Stevens on fans who want the Celtics to tank: "I don’t think they’ll like me all that much then."

Re: Wade?
Bravo all. Bravo.
I really don't like Wade given his past against the Celtics, but he never reached the Reggie Miller level for me. I would actually be ok if he signed for the min. We could use another ball handler guard. But, he would probably have a fairly limited role on this team. He's far more likely to find a team where he can start.

I'd probably do it for a few grand, has to be freshly showered and douched though.

Re: Wade?
He's probably my least favorite player of all time (at least until I start considering off-court stuff like rape, dogfighting, domestic abuse, etc). I'd still probably be okay with it if he was any good, but he's not. He's terrible, and this year will be the third straight year that he's terrible.

Re: Wade?
So let's put the prejudices aside. Who would people be willing to cut in order to put Wade on the roster? And whose minutes would you be willing to curtail to give Wade 20-25 minutes a night?

I lived through Jermaine O'Neal becoming a C..just.
I don't think I could make it if Wade pulled on the Green.
He was such a dirty **** during the playoffs. Rondo's Elbow. Never Forget.

Did you not see him consistently front rimming layups against us in the playoffs? Wade is done.

Thug is done cooked finished. Would be nice if a Celtic put him in the hospital for his fare well.
I cannot think of anyone that plays in the NBA I would say that about but him.

Don't forget his slam of Isaiah that was done to keep Celtics out of playoffs his first year here.
Isaiah recovered we made playoffs. Truthfully not sure I wanted Celtics in playoffs but wade is scrum.

I admit I am a homer. I like thugs but only if they play for Celtics. Celtics thugs normally had a bit of style and class not slam the littlest guy on court.

Oh, hell no. Wade belongs to basketball purgatory for what he did to Rondo. You don't reward him with a Celtic uniform.
