Kind of wish the Kyrie/IT trade thread from last August didn't get locked. I'd say about 85-90% of non-Celtics fans posting in there were horribly wrong with their takes. I would have loved to have bumped it to the front page, which surely would have resulted in me getting banned from that place.

With that being said.........I do find that Celtics fans (myself included) are getting a bit too brash on the GB. I'm going to do my best to reel it in a little bit. I don't want us being mistaken for Raptors fans.

Overall I post there to try and keep hot takes under control. I also have to shut down trolling. I've been able to get troll threads from c's and raptors fans locked after pointing out to a mod that a 100% troll topic shouldn't be 15 pages long and open. That celtics one calling sixers a treadmill team, and people were posting in it like it was a serious topic.

Yup. I saw that. As of today, I'm only trolling awful hot takes. That's it. I'm not going out of my way to troll anymore. That's the wrong move. Because in about 10-11 years, when our dynasty is over and Danny or Mike have to rebuild again, those other fanbases might not be so kind to us.

Last year he made a thread on the GB that the Celtics defense wasn't a top defense, then bumped it when they had a rough defensuve week early in the year, then never bumped it again for some reason. Dukes_wild still won't acknowledge how wrong he was about Tatum but otherwise is whatever.

I have tried to be reasonable with all of them, shockingly it never works out.

The GB is pure crap fellas, always has been. 6er stans and trolls have gotten so out of control in the past year it was high time they took a good punch to the mouth. And they took it terribly lol. There were a solid maybe 10 posters who were quite on point in that thread both for and against Philly, the irony is it takes the typical swarm of gb trolls to turn it into a troll thread.

When people can't comprehend a basic, clearly elucidated theme or title, the bar is too low. It's hilarious how people see a single word and fly so far off the handle that their response is a mess because they're answering a question that wasn't asked. Most of the responses were "how is Philly a treadmill team", except that wasn't the OP or the title. I definitely over-estimated the reading comprehension over there and found out that I need to go with more emoji based themes in the future.
