Why is anybody surprised? It's been reported for about three weeks he's going to Brooklyn.

Despite the drama he's a good player. it's absolutely insane that Brooklyn is a better team than the Celtics are.

Kyrie is an UFA. As everyone knows, he can go wherever he wants. If Ainge/Wyc truly wanted to keep him, they should have upgraded the roster this year.

If you don't think winning a title with Celtics a good realistic option, being the star player in Brooklyn seems like a good option for someone who grew up a Nets fan. Great location. Near family and friends. Less pressure unless KD comes along with you and even if KD comes probably less pressure given KD's injury.

Oh well it’s his decision. Could’ve stayed here, played with AD & contended for a championship but looks like he’s going to a lesser version of the Celtics lol.
Can’t wait too see him throw all his younger players under the bus when things don’t go his way :lol:

Kyrie probably **** talked the organization. Celtics continue to be a LeBron's Mercy.

For the first time today, I feel less confident about the AD deal.

You view losing Kyrie and AD as a bad thing...I think the opposite.

Boston isn't built to win now. Pairing Davis and Irving never would have made us better than Toronto or Golden State...

Maybe we should start by paying and playing people that have an actual vested interest in playing for this team and in this city. No more ass kissing these divas

Definitely better than Toronto.

Losing out on AD is a loss. You guys can rationalize it all you want. Danny planned for this player, passed up trade opportunities for this player.

His plan could blow up in his face here and get nothing. That's a failure, and that's that.
