Kuzma is trash, impossible to believe that he's a core piece in a deal for a top 5 player. Maybe I'm underestimating the stupidity of NBA executives...

Headline that will never happen. "Lakers decline to trade for AD, elect to keep Kyle Kuzma and Josh Hart instead." They'll even throw in Kurt Rambis and the ghost of Phil Jackson. They already offered everything. That is still the offer.

The big question is what happens if the Pelicans don't decide July 1st. Do the Lakers then jump the gun and start offering their cap space to other potential big time acquisitions perhaps making any trade for AD technically impossible for months.

Kudos to the edit on the thread title. I was definitely thinking about Employee #8 when I saw the original title.

Black hole, 24 years old and can't guard a chair. Barely average as an athlete. I don't understand this either.
Good assessment:

It would be great if we’ve agreed to a deal with New Orleans and they’re just sending LA on a wild goose chase before we finalize it.

Lonzo, Ingram who has blood clot issue which could end his careers and the #4 pick in a 3-player draft?

Why would Griffin go for that?

Pelicans need to stop being greedy. Lonzo and Ingram are future all-stars! That's all you need. The #4 pick working out would be a bonus

I for one would not be upset if we don't get him. I understand not gutting the team.

But I'd also be excited to see him play in a C's uniform, so...

4/Lonzo for Jaylen Brown, with the Pelicans saying they’d do a Brown/Ingram/Kuzma deal over what Boston has on the table.. LA, desperate, takes the bait, and we decide to put Tatum in a package with Smart/Yabu/filler/picks..

Kyrie?/Rozier
Lonzo/NAW
Hayward/DeAndre Hunter
Davis/Morris
Horford/Baynes

Kuzma, Ball, Ingram combined playoff appearances: ZERO
Ojeleye and Yabusele combined playoff appearances: 39 games

Kuzma, Ball, Ingram combined playoff points: ZERO
Ojeleye and Yabusele combined playoff points: 57 points

Griffin should be fired if he takes the Lakers offer.

Return to Boston Celtics
