The Celtics starting lineup is the 2nd "most used" (most # of possessions) 5-man lineup in the NBA behind OKC's starting lineup. They've outscored opponents by 35.3 points per 100 possessions.

Among 24 lineups w/ at least 150 possessions together, Cs starting lineup ranks 1st in net efficiency. They still have yet to lose in the cumulative minutes they've been together in any game.

Yup - Joe clearly chose the right starting 5.

Our starting lineup was -9 in 20.6 minutes vs. the depleted Grizzlies. That's just dumb and embarrassing. My only explanation is Marcus Smart drugged the Jays the previous night with something that made them play like total asses.

I always liked Horford off the bench so you could minimize the need for another 5 besides him and Porzingis. Since I’m not a Pritchard fan, so I wanted another 3&D type wing be the 7th man but start over White so you could line the same thing up with him and Holiday.

Having seen them play, I’ve changed course because White is just too **** good to get cute with anything like that. I still hope we can line playoff rotations so there’s never a need for Pritchard to play, but you gotta roll with this starting group.

I was thinking half-asses but you're probably right.
