Silver has to be happy that the Parity is working out.
Also, 7 Champions in 7 years. First time in NBA history.

Only a two-day turn around, for OKC.

Wolves have played OKC well this year and are less likely to have conference final nerves. Not saying OKC won't win it but I think it's a toss up between the two.

If OKC wins the chip then OKC will be the new model for success in today's NBA.

That team traded star players for picks and they still ended up where they are now.

1 supermax, 1 all-star, and a combination of very good role players.

That's how it's going to be until there will be a new CBA.

Those worried about Tatum leaving, don't worry, JT already said he wants to be one of the Celtic legends.

JT's incentive to stay with the Cs is he can become the Celtics all-time leading scorer by surpassing Hondo.

The ring was the ultimate prize.

JT got it in 2024.

What's next is another ring, an MVP, and breaking Celtic records.

This will be the first conference finals in this millennium that don't involve Kobe, Lebron, Duncan, Curry, Shaq, Giannis, or Luke Kornet.

I didn’t watch any of that game but seems like Jokic isn’t a lock to stay in Denver

He needs to ask for a trade ASAP. They have very limited avenues to improve to contention level again.

Yeah, and the refs have nothing to do with it...

Wow, congrats to OKC. I underestimated them thinking the vet team with championship exoerience and the best player in the world would take them out. The Wolves - OKC series is going to be tough. I think it's 50/50.

via Keerthika Uthayakumar (@keerthikau):
Only six players in the Conference Finals have already won an NBA title:

Pascal Siakam in 2019
OG Anunoby in 2019
Alex Caruso in 2020
Donte DiVincenzo in 2021
PJ Tucker in 2021
Thomas Bryant in 2023

Gobert’s lack of talent, skill amazes me. He doesn’t possess a single offensive move.

Celtics would have done better with Gobert than KP against NY.

Watch him on the offense. He’s like a walking electric pole. How can a player not develop a single go-to move? No shot from any range, no post play, no hook, no lob as far as I can see, no offensive rebound and put back, nothing.

Very impressive by OKC. Had them winning it all. Their defense is just relentless. They don't let their offensive struggles dictate what they do on the other end.
