What does that have to do with coming out and playing like this tonight? They had a chance to cement themselves in the record books as the only team to sweep both the conference finals and the nba finals since every round went to best of 7. I actually expected a Mavs win tonight but in close, hard fought fashion. Not whatever this is. They should be embarrassed and hopefully they take it to heart and beat Dallas by 50 next game.

Last I checked the series ends when a team wins 4 games, not 3. Right now we're looking like a vastly inferior team with no realistic solution for defending the paint / grabbing boards which is a big problem against a team like Dallas.

I got no time for Anyone who thinks Boston is dropping 4 straight.

Anybody reasonable knowing how good Dallas is should have been super happy 3-1 going into a game 5 at home. The only caveat is KP's health and maybe Dallas has figured something out/regained confidence.

Dallas has just outplayed the Celtics this game. Gotta give them credit. They are not a bunch of stiffs.

If the game isn't within around 17 going into the 4th, I'd pull every good player. Not worth risking injury to anyone in rotation for the 1-2% chance that the team can come back.

This type of performance makes me wonder if this Celtics squad will be a one hit wonder. They have low IQ guys on this team.

Yeah because multi championship teams always sweep everyone and never lose on the road.

Not condoning the negativity, but obviously being down 26 and only scoring 35 in a half is what they mean. Not the simplistic fact that they’re down on the road after being up 3-0.

Boston lost game 7 at home to Miami to get to the finals last year and people on here acting like winning game 5 is a lock..
