Yep, we want Tatum, it's clear now

He basically presented his own thoughts as a rumor by just slapping source at the end.

Will George be the Garnett and Hayward/Griffin be the Ray Allen?

I have to think that no matter how bad George wants to go to LA, he's not going to bolt a team that could be Finals bound.

The same thing swirled about DeRozan last year. The Raps make the ECF and lo and behold he resigned. In hindsight, probably dumb on his part, but winning, even a little, cures all.

What is Tatum's length and wingspan like? Dunno why, but he strikes me as average in that regard looking at him.

6'8 height with a 6'11 wingspan. Not sure on his standing reach.

The Los Angeles Lakers do not currently plan on trading any of their young assets in a deal with the Indiana Pacers for Paul George.

George has informed the Pacers he doesn't plan on re-signing with the franchise in 2018. George is widely expected to sign with the Lakers in free agency.

The Lakers have been unable to convince a major free agent to sign with the team since Dwight Howard left in 2013.

Los Angeles appears to be building around a nucleus of Brandon Ingram and whomever they select at No. 2 in the 2017 NBA Draft.

It's still not a bad trade, the ramifications will require few seasons to sort themselves out.

Every FA and their dog gets floated to LA, and how many times has it happened lately? They are not in great shape and don't really have a path to getting anywhere close to it short of LBJ taking his talents there (I give this 5% likelihood). These Lakers guys have a lot of media buddies, and they're out in full force on this one it seems. If PG wants to win, LA isn't going to work for him (unless he knows LBJ is going there).

It's so funny to sit back and watch.

Note: I don't believe this guy but I do believe we would be calling about AD

At that point, you have to trade for him, otherwise passing on developing Fultz sure looks pretty stupid, considering there'd be absolutely ZERO chance you'd be beating Cleveland or Golden State for the foreseeable future.
