Why is Smart open?

Is it because Philly can live with that?

He's a black hole on offense and no one wants to admit it and instead you got people pulling up 8000 stats that tells us why this is the shot to take.

Brogdon is probably the worst rebounder on the team and he gets torched by everyone on defense. His offense is needed though.
