Meh, they played poorly. The Knicks are not a serious contender. They were saved by Porzingis, who had an unusually good night. I'll say it again: they need more beef.

Ugly ugly. Similar to the first game of last season but Porzingis and Tatum hard carried. Jrue was great in Q1 and so so the rest. Really bad showing from the coach and Jaylen, Jaylen especially.

We can't keep playing Porzingis like this. The injury bug is going to get to him sooner rather than later. He's supposed to be the third-fourth option.

That...doesn't make a difference considering JB was one of the four guys on the floor anyway. You'd be switching JT out for one of White/Holiday/Pritch in that situation.

I think he should be the second option and that's only if Tatum is on the floor. We should keep him up 25-30 mpg though.

Knicks are a playoff team. Porzingis had a good game, which is what is expected of him. Not sure of your point.

I think he's trying to say that while KP might be our 2nd best scorer, the goal is to keep him healthy all season and for 4 rounds of playoffs so perhaps having him be the 2nd option for 82 games and 4 rounds of playoffs would put too much of a workload on him, we'd be working him too hard by having him take that many shots and he'd be more likely to get hurt, less likely to be healthy come playoff time.

JB and Jrue have been more durable, both have proven they can be a 2nd/3rd option for 4 rounds of playoffs and stay healthy.
