I barely knew Mamu existed before today. If Dallas would just have had Austin Reaves included in the trade, they would have caught so much less Heat. still say Jokic is the MVP just because how bad his team is when he isn't playing.

Players make the coach, not the other way around.
Yup. Half kidding, but what is Spo's record in his career when he doesn't have lebron, d-wade or butler?
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything

Anton Watson made his first NBA basket ever, in his third garbage time appearance.
It was at the end of the Knicks being blown out by the Hornets, so that's doubly satisfying.

That said, I'd rather face the Knicks Round 2 than whoever turns out to be hottest of the teams now chasing them.

Rob undergoes surgery again.
Guess teams knew his legs were a concern, that's why he went from lottery pick to late 1st rounder in the draft.

I'm glad we took a chance on him. He was awesome to watch when he was healthy.

What's going on with Jaquez ? His numbers are down across the board and he hasn't been hurt as far as I can tell. Aren't sophomores supposed to get better ? What happened to the theory that if you just hand a bunch of minutes to a young player, he'll magically turn into a good NBA player down the line ?

His per minute numbers are more or less similar, have actually improved in some areas.
He is simply playing less minutes. Guys like Highsmith and Jovic have been playing more minutes at his expense.

His shooting numbers are significantly down (and they weren't high to begin with) to the point he is one of the least efficient rotation guys in the entire league. His on/off went from +3 last year to -8 this year. Seems like a pretty significant drop off to me, despite the increased rebounding/passing.

Classic RealGm right here. Find someone that has "numbers go down:" and then make snide comments. Meanwhile ignore the many Sophomores whose numbers/game goes up. Brilliant!

No one even mentions that Jimmy Butler leaving and helping GS go something like 16 and 2, helped create so much Gravity and allowed other teammates far better shots/opportunities. Similar would happen if Tatum left. But to hell with Context. Just throw shet against the wall and hope it sticks!

Since I am on a roll, any coach that beats a team full of lottery picks/Allstars with 7 undrafted players to get to the Championship >>>>> any excuse making analytic BS that floats around here..

Cavs defense looks like complete booty. Garland and Mitchell will be BBQ chicken in the playoff. Too bad we gave away those two games to them or we could be right there for the 1 seed

It's a good thing the Cavs won't need that HCA in the Finals over OKC. They're now down 2 games to the Thunder for the best record in the league.
