Shifty, change of speeds, change of directions, subtlety.. Feel for the game.. Those are the things I like to use when describing a playmaker.. At this point I have not seen Shulga do any of those things.

I don't think he can beat people off the bounce. Tough to be a PG if you can't compromise the D.
