It's not mediocre. You got a better pick than where you picked Rondo and Jae is pretty damn good himself

We also got the 35th pick (via Minnesota from Wright-to-Phoenix trade). What happens to the Dallas 2nd rounder? Is there are coin flip for that too (not that I particularly care where it falls)?

Also Philly pick 31 is ours from the Crawford-> GS trade (we acquired Crawford for Barbosa who was out for the season).

Is this the correct final numbers until the lotto?

3, 16, 23, 31, 35, 45, 54, 58

Correct numbers are:

*3*, 16,23,31,35,45,51,58 (Miami got worst first round pick so it means best second round pick)

Today's results:
Tankathon.com - 5, 4, 3, 5, 3, 5, 4, 2, 3, 5
ESPN Mock Draft - 4, 2, 1, 4, 2, 5, 4, 3, 2, 2

Too many 4s and 5s for my liking. :(

Boston won the coin toss. The Dallas pick is #16.

Agreed, but not one 6, think positive.

I like that you're getting all of those bad results out of the way so only good results are left for us on lottery night.

Here is my run:

Tankathon.com - 4, 3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 5, 5, 1, 4
ESPN Mock Draft -5, 5, 4, 1, 4, 1, 4, 3, 5, 3

I should have done this yesterday because three of my first four were number one.

I also just rattled off five more quick one on tankathon and got 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, so there is that.

At this point. Given our history. I'd be happy with just pick number 3.

I'm not as interested in moving up as I'm concerned with moving back.

The 2017 NBA Draft is so much better too. I'll hold off my excitement until July!

There's a couple great fits for the Celtics this year though. Brandon Ingram, Denzel Valentine, Jamal Murray, Heild, Marquese Chriss, Simmons, Sabonis are all guys who address needs for shooting/scoring and or rebounding. I'd be really happy with any two of those guys. Less excited about Heild but he's prolific from three and has the IQ to get his shots at any level.

Shame our pick and the Dallas pick are a few spots lower than they could have been. It could mean the difference between a prospect going right in front of us vs Danny passing him up for a low upside tweener.

Um...the Dallas Mavericks disagree with you.

Know what? Mavs got a cheap flier in an all-star that didn't work out. 5 cent scratch off ticket that lost. They regret nothing.

I just have to tip my cap to your commitment to the cause on this one. You've clearly been wrong for about a year now and still sticking to the party line.

This Celtics team you got is not very fun, so I understand that it might be your only hope. But still, I will make a bold prediction and am open to a sig bet that Nets will not finish worse than 3 games behind the Celtics at the end of the season AND the Celtics will miss the playoffs (and so will Nets). I have them both finishing around 32-35 wins.

Sig bet you say? I'm your huckleberry. Though I'm not going to get much from sig rights for a guy with less than 300 posts in 8 years, so we'd have to structure accordingly.

As I post 21 times more frequently than you do, every one day of my sig counts as 21 of yours. So I will bet 17 days of my sig rights against a year's worth of yours.

Looking forward to you rocking the BKM banner!

Congrats, done. But as I did not agree to the terms regarding the 21 times longer. I will have it for a month, as standard.
Celtics get a top 3 draft pick, congrats.

Today's results:
Tankathon.com - 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 3, 5, 2
ESPN Mock Draft - 2, 4, 2, 3, 5, 2, 4, 1, 4, 2

All these 2's and 3's and 4's and 5's just mean we're getting the top pick in the actual draft lottery. OR slide down to 6.

Nice to see less fives.

Ok my turn:

Tankathon.com - 3, 1, 3, 1, 4, 3, 5, 5, 1, 5
ESPN Mock Draft - 2, 1, 1, 6, 1, 1, 5, 4, 2, 5

Holy crap, I got a six.

I wish they would just hold the lottery immediately after the season ended. T-Minus 32 days.

I ran tankathon my last attempt had 2, 4, 4, 5, 6, 5, 6 was pretty bummed out (actually stopped) and then spun 7 #1's in a row before finally going bust. It can happen, channeling optimism.
