he was never quite the top 10 center most on here were claiming but he was an integral part of our team and when healthy really gave us an element to our defense most teams don't have. I don't think we stand a chance of winning a chip unless he's 100%.

Need to throw at least 1 lob to him every game. C'mon now, how did he attempt no shots?
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

The fact thay they're still managing him is a bit concerning with what 5- 6 games left. He better be ready to go from part time Lord to full time Lord once the playoffs start.

Knocking on wood before I finish this post.... But Robert Williams looks as good right now as he has for us all year long...

I think he will finally deliver big time in the playoffs

These are two HUGE “ifs”, but if Rob Williams develops an offensive game And stays healthy the league is ****

You can’t stop the Celtics if that happens

I think that he can shoot. They just haven't asked that of him, yet.
A few Jumpers away from the net, would be enough.

He's shown a mid range before.

I think he needs to work on quick flip shots/hooks for times he has a mismatch. We're never going to have plays where he backs down a defender, but 10 ft shot over a small defender should be gimmes. Rob doesn't have a stiff touch around the rim, but it's not fluid like Al's or even Muscala

Only two players in NBA history have played at least 200 career games and have a career true shooting percentage of at least 70% -- Daniel Gafford (71.4%) and Robert Williams III (73.3%).

So how did we like him in the playoffs?

To me even knowing about his injuries etc he still managed to kinda underwhelm me. My expectations went much lower now than last season. Guess that counts for everyone? Think it's all pure injury related? Is he done being that possible rim protector or can he bounce back?

Give his regular season and his playoffs a “C”.

Not only health concerns, but also rumors that he’s just not bringing it as consistently as the team needs him to, in terms of focus and effort, which explains some of his more “invisible” games.

But still: transcendent athleticism that often showed up in advanced metrics.

This would be a great offseason — assuming fingers crossed and butt clenched he’s healthy — to work on his game. Developing ANY sort of offensive agency could do wonders for this team. But maybe he’s happy with where he’s at?
