Yeah that's a tough break.
A lot of injuries going around the league.

What's next for Simmons? He's probably played his last NBA game. Sits out next season, maybe traded for a salary dump, then plays in Australian NBL?

We dont want him in the local comp. He can play CBA instead

The Celtics aren’t the Rockets.

And it’s better to try and fail rather than not try at all. If Ime takes a timeout, and the players don’t respond or don’t do what he’s asking, then it’s on the players.

If the coach does nothing, it’s on the coach

Not calling a timeout is a decision and therefore not a case of doing nothing, just a different philosophy. Nor is it a case of not trying, just trying a different approach, albeit less conventional and therefore likely to be more controversial.

As a decision either way, it’s always on the coach. Just like it’s on the coach if your timeouts do nothing and you have none left when you really need it. No coach gets it right every time. But all have completely different reasons on whether to take them or not. At this level, it’s not doing nothing.

Timeouts are quite useful to Ime. He calls them to hit on some girl sitting near him.
OJT Joe is the exact opposite. His wife and Wyc are too paranoid he’ll follow Ime and ordered him not to call any timeouts. Sam was especially hired to make sure Joe doesn’t screw around. Brad suggested Perk should also be hired as a marriage counselor during playoffs.

I heard Brad thought Ime was the best stepping stone coach to rough up the Jays for a year before hiring a better offensive minded coach, but when Ime made the finals they had to find a way to get rid of him, so drugged Ime, put the girl in his room and took photos which they used for justification to fire him.

Curry also looking out for a while with ankle injury.

First it was Lebron, now it's Steph, Father Time takes over again.

C's make that block and get called for goaltending by hitting head on the rim lol. JK no one on our team makes a block that high... not even the immortal Derrick White.

On second thought, forget I said anything!

I kid, I kid.

Anyways speaking of total jokes, the Wemby talk reminded me of how that cat guy who wanted to run over the judges thought that trading Jaylen Brown for Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell could be a good idea. I’d say that’s dodging a bullet but I don’t want to hit too close to home!!

Sixers getting beat up again.

They're really starting to look like a play-in team.

That Cavs loss doesn't look so bad now given they just beat the Wolves

Also happy Miami lost to OKC. I am not convinced the Heat will be able to Coast in the regular season and just turn up in the playoffs anymore.

Not as cool as some of the breathless descriptions have it, but still a good play ...

Not gonna lie, OKC is by far my 2nd favorite team in the league.

How can you not like these guys?

Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

That's because they're not slow learners.

The Jays are so talented, but they're lacking in the IQ department.

The good news is once the Jays figure it out, multiple chips will be won by the Cs.

Bucks fans should first talk about beating the Lakers without Lebron.

Dinwiddie made sure Dame Time would be Lame Time at the buzzer.
