So many moves, sort of strange ones but at least 1 year deals.

They’re definitely making a media circus roster for sure.

I wish we had some cap space to throw some money at Randle, he has proven he's healthy and could become over time a small ball bruiser center.

Randle is a loser. Not a Celtics type of player at all.

Horrible defender, too.

Played for a loser franchise, he has progressed every year since coming in and has a skillset that you can develop.

Randle played really well for them last year. Really screwed us hard on that Laker's draft pick. I'm shocked they let him go without compensation. Strange move... somebody would have given them something for him.

He has a loser mentality and isn't even interested in playing defense. Pass.

The bigger issue is that he is a tweener. He plays like a 4/5 but he’s really a 3 from a height perspective. He’s the same size as Tatum and Brown, but he can’t shoot outside and his defense is suspect. He’s a 16/8 guy on a team that needed buckets.

You’re getting dangerously close to moving onto my block list. You know how you can “mute” someone on twitter and they don’t see they are blocked, but you don’t have to see their posts and responses but they still think you can because you didn’t block them? Thats a great little feature

Yep. Like, is he really that much different from Al Jefferson?

“LeBron James drives to the basket where he is quickly surrounded. He dishes it out to 30% 3pt shooter Rajon Rondo who passes it to 30% 3pt shooter Lance Stephenson who passes it to Lonzo Ball and his 30% 3pt shooting who makes a brilliant pass to the team’s best 3pt shooter, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (38.5%).” and that is what LeBron has in store for himself next year

Randle to the Pelicans 2yr/18M. Not bad. I like this signing for them. Think he's a much better fit next to AD and Mirotic than DMC would've been.

How so? Cousins is much more versatile. Unless it's because he'll take shots away from those two?

I thought DMC was slow and plodding at both ends and that was before the Achilles. Now, forget about it. The Pels took off last year after he went down with AD at Center and playing at a faster pace. Randle plays fast and he's actually a half-decent playmaker in the open court. Thought he took a small step on defense last year, at least in terms of effort in the 2nd half of the season and he rebounds well. And I like the high-low combo with him and Mirotic up-tempo as well. He rolls so hard and so well on the PnR he's gonna either open up looks for Mirotic and find himself with a mismatch down low.
