It feels like forever since we had no injuries. I believe we had guys with injuries going into last year’s trading camp and then all season, as well as I’m the bubble before that, the regular season before the bubble, etc. I can’t remember the last time this has happened.

Serious proposal -- scrap this thread. Don't even bump it. Let's see if this thread not existing helps our health situation this season.

Get your injury updates elsewhere.

Believe it or not, this is the 8th year that we've had an Injuries thread.

No harm in trying. I vote NO to injuries and I vote NO to injury threads.

The current status of this thread sort of makes me queasy, rather like those highway signs that say "X Number of Days Without an Accident." I always thought they should add a parenthetical "knock on wood" to counter the jinx.

Brown should be fine by the time the regular season starts. All though when tatum got it, it took him a bit to get back to normal.

Did he have COVID before? Or was he just vaxxed?

A symptomatic is fine. By me. No health issues. So get well soon Jaylen.

Tatum wasn’t vaxed at the time and suffered some effects. Let’s hope Jaylen doesn’t have any symptoms.

JB is vaccinated and asymptomatic, so he should be just fine. Still an inconvenience, though.

Time to give Garrison Mathews some burn.

It's already been confirmed that Jaylen is asymptomatic. So much less likely to feel the effects Tatum (or Fournier) did and much more likely to feel the effects Udoka did (10 days in quarantine and then back with the team.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Yes, I want to see Mathews get some burn. Nesmith, Pritchard, Schroder, Richardson, Langford. These guys all need the reps more than Jaylen does.

We're less likely to win our preseason games, but who cares? Preseason record means nothing.

Let's get JB healthy and give our other guys a chance to prove themselves.
