This is such a good draft.

Why couldnt we have 3 first rounders this year.

The top 5 is basically can’t miss barring injury. Cade, Mobley, Green, Suggs and Kuminga are all worthy8& of going #1 overall in a normal draft. I think Green winds up the best of the bunch.

I think the same about Suggs.

IMO even past the top 5 there are some phenomenal looking prospects.

Another couple of guys I have been watching and reading on a bit more lately

a center with unbelievable passing and ball handling. Solid rebounder, needs to work on defense. (sound familiar?)

Big PG who can also play off ball.

My gut feeling is somehow Ainge is going to draft Payton Pritchard's former teammate 6'6" Chris Duarte shooting guard from Oregon. Very Ainge like move.

I take back what I said about last years draft being underwhelming. This one easily blows more. There's absolutely nothing mid to late lotto. And even at the top outside of Cade it's rather meh. Not seeing what's the hype about.

Last year’s draft has been better than expected. Ball and Edwards look like studs and they are a lot players drafted from 10-30 that look like legit NBA players. It’s all about scouting.

The draft seems to be pretty deep with big men, only prob is almost all of them put up pretty underwhelming production in school/oversees. Honestly I’d rather take two flyers on say Bassey/Hukporti over drafting someone like Kai Jones or Garuba

Edwards is scoring, not efficiently though and isn’t really great anywhere else. Ball looked good but it was a small sample size and he never hit the wall. I think it’s too early to tell with either, but for top three picks they’re still somewhat underwhelming.

You're underwhelmed by Lamelo Ball? Holy **** he's blown me away. He's 19 averaging 16/6/6 on good rookie PG efficiency and playing very good defense. He's so good. TO be this good this early with the last year messing up the NBA development of young players? Crazy good rookie season.

Edwards is gonna be absolutely unguardable shortly too. Unreal athleticism, body control, super aggressive, can get his shot anywhere and anytime he wants it. But yeah, for now he's just an inefficient chucker. He's also on the worst team in the league and with a very heavy offensive load, so not really sure why anyone would expect differently. STill, he's got multiple 42 pt games in the last 20 games. He's looked so much betterrecently.

Wiseman will just be some useless big, though.

I wish I could love as deeply as Bleeding Green hates traditional centers.

Just watch the NBA finals every year and count the useful traditional bigs on the floor in the final 8 minutes of the games.

Yea, center ain't it, chief. Give me a versatile 4 that can switch and play tough all day everyday.

Mathematically speaking, what is the best draft spot we can get based on potential record? NOT INCLUDING getting lucky in the top 3. Are we locked into the 14 pick regardless??

I really need something to hope for.

Let’s just pick #14 each year from here on out and see how many SGs we can acquire.

Maybe there are no SGs...

Seriously though I think it’s a decent strategy to just pick a SG from Kentucky every year if you’re outside the top 10.
